The domain A-1Realty.com is owned by Elkins Communications for the purpose of renting webspace to offices and agents affiliated with a real estate company with the general term A-1 in their company name. Elkins Communications is NOT a real estate company.
There are three ways to be listed on this site:
- You can have a link to an existing web site for $50 USD per year.
- A business card site. This is a sub-domain of A-1Realty.com. Examples would be:
- http://yourcity.A-1Realty.com
- http://yourname.A-1Realty.com
The business card site can be used to link to another site. Includes logo, picture, name and contact information. This is good for sites that have really long web addresses like those on realtor.com. Cost $100 USD per year with a $40 per hour maintenance fee. Content limit is one megabyte.
- A complete site. Same as business card site with properties. Cost $100 USD per year with a $40 per hour maintenance fee. Content limit is five megabytes.
(OK! The business card site and the complete site are really the same. As the complete site should generate more maintenance fees, it gets more space.)
In ALL of the above options the main domain and all sub-domains remain the property of Elkins Communications and maintenance must be done by Elkins Communications.
